About The Program:


Explore the theme of changemakers and turning points in the elementary classroom.Learn how to use primary sources to thoughtfully include multiple perspectivesExpert teacher leaders will demonstrate inquiry-based lessons and activities designed to develop knowledge and skills in history-social science as well as language and literacy aligned to the new History-Social Science Framework.Participants will explore the amazing collection of resources of the Library of Congress and learn how to use primary sources in the classroom to develop knowledge and skills.
