The Committee is governed by the Bagley-Keene Open Meetings Act which requires the following:
1. that the Committee publish an annotated agenda at least ten days before any meeting,
2. limitation of the Committee's consideration to those items included in the posted agenda, and
3. compliance with all other provisions of the Bagley-Keene Act.
1 Opportunities for public comment will be provided on each agenda item. A sign-up sheet will be available for members of the public who wish to speak on specific items.
