The Region 3 CSMP sites work in numerous districts and schools throughout the Greater Sacramento Valley, mostly in areas of high need. Working collectively as the Sacramento Area Regional Collaborative (SARC), CSMP sites in Region 3 are currently engaged in a multi-year partnership with Samuel Jackman Middle School in Elk Grove. The SARC program welcomes expansion to partner schools and districts, particularly program improvement schools, that seek to emphasize institutional change.
