Our beliefs
Our project is guided by firmly held convictions that the students of participating teachers should:
- Learn about the diverse cultures, histories, and traditions of the world;
- Understand that historical and contemporary events have been shaped by many forces;
- See the interconnectedness of people, ideas and experiences across time and space;
- Recognize that conflict within and across nations can be managed if not resolved; and
- Regard change as a natural and continuing process.
