Math Talks
Salinas City Elementary School District
MBAMP’s primary mission is to enhance the mathematical and pedagogical expertise of teachers, while encouraging them to become teacher-leaders and to form teaching communities. Our guiding principle: As teachers deepen their mathematical understanding and fluency, they become better mentors to other teachers and better classroom instructors.
MBAMP will facilitate having teachers come together to further develop their skills and knowledge about mathematics through the Math Talks.
We meet the second Thursday of each month:
Oct. 13, Nov. 10, Dec. 8, Jan. 12, Feb. 9, March 8,
April 12 & May 10
Time: 4 - 6 pm.
