Program: Institute at Gonzales High School: CRLP UCSC SALT Sustainability (Secondary Academic Language Tools)
Salt Sustainability Selected teachers who have previously attended the SALT Intensives continue refinement of their practice in lesson planning utilizing the backwards design model while integrating the SALT binder and models into their content during four professional development days. Teachers reflect on current research as a means to measure their current practice, analyze student work, and participate in a peer reflection process.
