Program: Program in Barstow: STIR Year 3 (2009-2010)

A comprehensive professional development program that addresses the needs of teachers serving in two low performing school districts in its Region. In addition to providing direct services to teachers in these hard-to-reach communities, the project will result in the creation of a site-based professional learning community.
