TCMP STIR is a newly funded professional development program that will support a community of mathematics teachers in their first five years of teaching. It is uniquely designed for grade 6-12 mathematics teachers in the Oxnard Area Schools. Participants will get to know and work with mathematics colleagues in neighboring school districts, deepen their understanding of mathematics, and learn about and share instructional strategies for helping Oxnard area students be successful mathematics learners.
