The California History-Social Science Project has been selected by the California Department of Education as the primary writer for the upcoming History-Social Science Framework Revision. Following the direction and input of a variety of public committees and agencies, including the State Board of Education and the Curriculum Framework and Evaluation Criteria Committee (CFCC), the CHSSP statewide office will leverage the curricular expertise of its network in order to provide the CDE and thus, California’s teachers, an updated Framework.
