The CRLP Literacy Empowerment for Universal Access workshop at CLU offers a variety of topics for all educators, ranging from primary Question, Answer, Relationship (QAR) teaching strategies to secondary classroom literacy strategies.  Workshops are also offered in the use of 21st Century technology in the classroom and how to apply for grants to acquire this technology.

 

California Lutheran University is honored to offer this event at a reduced rate for teachers in need of professional development during these tough economic times.  The all-day fee is just $49.  This fee includes morning refreshments, morning and afternoon workshops of your choice, a buffet lunch, and the keynote presentation. 

 

The registration deadline is June 10, 2011.  Registrations received prior to May 13, 2011 will receive an early bird discount of 10%.
