The Bay Area Writing Project provides professional development programs for teachers in the San Francisco Bay Area region. Located in the Graduate School of Education at UC Berkeley, the Bay Area Writing Project offers research-based programs aligned with the Common Core, English Language Development, and Career & Technical Education standards that are designed to improve students' understanding of writing.
