The UC Merced Writing Project provides professional development programs for teachers in the Greater Fresno area/region. Located in the School of Social Science, Humanities, and Arts at UC Merced, the UC Merced Writing Project offers research-based programs aligned with the Common Core, English Language Development, and Career & Technical Education standards that are designed to improve students' understanding of writing.
