The Sierra North Arts Project provides professional development programs for teachers in the counties of Alpine, Colusa, El Dorado, Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, Sierra, Solano, Sonoma, Yolo, and Yuba area/region. Located in the CRESS Center at University of California, Davis, the Sierra North Arts Project offers research-based programs aligned with the Common Core, English Language Development, California Content Standards for Visual and Performing Arts and Career & Technical Education standards that are designed to improve student understanding of visual, performing and career arts.
