How do I register for a program?   Top
  1. Log into your CSMP account.
  2. Go to the desired program’s page.
  3. Click on the Register icon on the left-hand side of the page:
  4. Click Register For This Program in the confirmation window.
  5. You can view this and other programs you’ve registered for in the Account Profile page.
How do I unregister from a program?   Top
  1. Log into your CSMP account.
  2. Click on Account Profile at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Under the “Registered Programs” list, click Unregister next to the program you wish to unregister from.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation window.
Is there a cancellation fee for unregistering?   Top
  • There is no cancellation fee to unregister. [Should we require 24hr notice, have notifications sent out to program coordinator and person who unregistered?]
How do I select multiple counties in a program search?   Top
  • Selecting multiple counties in a program search is a not a currently available function.
If I select programs by county, can I filter by subject?   Top

Yes, to do so:
  1. In the program search page, select the desired county.
  2. Click the Add/Remove icon next to "Subject Matter Projects."
  3. Select the desired subject(s) and click OK.
  4. Click Filter Programs.
What is an open/restricted program?   Top
  • Anyone can register for an open program. Restricted programs have certain requirements that must be met in order to register for it.
How do I pay for my program? Can I pay online?   Top
  • Payment information is located in the left hand sidebar of each program page. Online payment is not currently available.
Are there any prerequisites for the specific program?   Top
  • If the program has any prerequisites, they will be listed on the main program page. Consult the program’s contact person for additional information.
What is the program ID and where can I find it?   Top
  • [Currently not displayed, should be on program summary/detail page.]
Is attendance to all program sessions required?   Top
  • Requirements vary from program to program. Consult your program’s coordinator for more information.
Do I need to bring proof of enrollment to the program?   Top [UCOP needs to make a decision about this]
How do I know which fields are required while creating an account?   Top [The fields are still unmarked.]
What do I do if my school is not listed under the school search option?   Top
  • If your school is not listed under the school search option, you will need to contact a CSMP administrator or email CSMP.
How do I change my email address?   Top
  1. Log into your CSMP account.
  2. Click on Account Profile at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Click the edit my profile link next to the welcome message.
  4. Click edit details in the “Details and Reset Password” section.
  5. Enter your new email address into the “Email” box.
How do I view programs I’m currently registered for?   Top
  1. Log into your CSMP account.
  2. Registered programs will be listed in the "Registered Programs" section of your Welcome Page:
How do I view programs I’ve attended (program history)?   Top
  1. Log into your CSMP account.
  2. On the registered programs list, the list of registered programs will appear.
  3. There is a column called "Hrs Attended" which will display hours attended.
