The California Arts Project provides on-going project leadership development sessions throughout the year. Topics vary and address both statewide, regional and programmatic needs. Topics include but are not limited to building capacity around California Common Core State Standards, new ELD Standards, CTE, VAPA and program evaluation. Leaders are also engaged in professional reflection and program development. TCAP Regional Directors and Teacher Leaders are most often the participants with sessions expanding to meet programmatic needs.
