Welcome to the San Gabriel Valley Science Project web site. The SGVSP serves teachers and school districts in eastern Los Angeles County and western San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. Administered by the Center for Education and Equity in Mathematics,Science and Technology (CEEMaST) located in the College of Science at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, the SGVSP encompasses collaborative partnerships with several public school districts in the service area of Cal Poly Pomona. Guided by the California Science Content Standards and English Language Development Standards, SGVSP program's develop and enhance teachers' instructional strategies and science understanding to improve student achievement, especially for English Language Learners.
