The CSMP network is administered by the University of California, Office of the President in Oakland, California.
The CSMP is governed by a statewide policy board - the CSMP Concurrence Committee - that includes
representatives from the State Board of Education, the Office of the Governor,
the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, the Curriculum Development and Supplemental Materials Commission,
the University of California, the California State University, the California Community Colleges,
and the Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities. The Concurrence Committee
meets four times a year (calendar of Concurrence Committee meetings).
For each discipline there exists a statewide project office and regional sites
from which professional development is offered to teachers throughout the State.
Each statewide office is administered by an Executive Director. Each regional site
is administered by a Site Director who is responsible for the site's work to the
statewide project Executive Director.
The next CSMP Concurrence Committee Meeting scheduled for:
May 10, 2005
California Department of Education
15th & N Streets, Conference Room 1801
