OnLine Results Entry: Login Related Questions

Q: I am not able to access my data using my password. What do I do?

    A: If you forgot your user name or password, select the "Forgot Password" link off of the main login page to have your user name and password emailed to the email address that you registered with.

    To use this system you will need to provide the first name, last name, and date of birth or social security number that you used when you registered. If this does not work please email the Help Desk at crlponline@edmin.com. If you do not have an e-mail account, contact EDmin at (619) 296-8090.

Q: The system rejected my User Name. What do I do?

Q: I registered twice, now I can't login. The system does not recognize me. What's wrong?

    A: Two user accounts exist in the system and more than likely the user name/password keyboarded were in conflict. Report the situation to EDmin. One of the user accounts needs to be purged.

Q: The system would not accept my password. Why?

    A: It may be that the user name keyboarded does not match the database entry. Select the "Forgot Password" link off of the main log in page to have your user name and password emailed to the email address that you submitted upon registration.

Q: I used the "Forgot Password" link and it said to call (619) 296-8090. What's the best time to call?

    A: EDmin staff can be reached from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Q: I am not able to change my user name. Why?

    A: The teacher cannot change the user name once registration has been completed.

Q: When and how do I change my password?

    A: You can change your password at any time by selecting the "Change Password" link from the main menu.

Q: I am not able to proceed past the Security Screen. What's wrong?

    A: Make sure that you are using a browser that is version 4.0 and above. Also make sure that you are selecting Yes or Next for all browser error messages. If you still cannot enter the site, please contact the Help Desk at crlponline@edmin.com. If you do no have an e-mail account, contact the Site Leader or Regional Coordinator.

Q: My computer says I need to upgrade. I can't download from Netscape or Microsoft. My connection always times out. What do I do?

    A: Suggestions: Use the FileMakePro DB from CRLP; obtain a CD copy of the browser from school, Microsoft, Netscape or a friend who can download and copy onto a CD.

Q: My computer is slow and I can't login. Suggestions?

    A: Suggestions: Use the FileMakePro DB from CRLP and/or ask the Site Leader for assistance.
