A new partnership between the Council and the California History-Social Science Project (CHSSP) will help to bring this exciting resource to the classroom. Through the CCH-CHSSP partnership, four professional development workshops for California K-12 history teachers will be held this summer.
Three of the four workshops are open to the public and are scheduled across the state this summer. (The fourth will be held for participants at this summer’s UCLA Places and Time institute). The open workshops are scheduled for UC Irvine on July 9, Stanford University on July 28, and UC Davis on July 30.
